Description: The accessibility tools built into Adobe Acrobat Professional are better than ever. The dream that someday all documents posted on campus Web sites will be accessible is closer than ever! But what about forms? This one-day workshop will look at using the simplified tools and processes in Adobe Pro to create accessible fillable online forms.

Training Objectives

Participants will be able to do the following:
  • Create an accessible form based on an MS Word document
  • Add labels to form fields
  • Ensure that the tab order of the fields is correct and logical
  • Convert an existing PDF form to an accessible form
Intended for alt media specialists and anyone creating accessible online forms
Reimbursement Level: Please be advised that reimbursement is only available for travel expenses for California community college Disabled Student Services Faculty and Staff. Hotel expenses will not be reimbursed.
